hi,

do I need to install and configure webutil at form 10g as what i have to do for form 9i (seems i required it for my coding)?

What did the 10g documentation at http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/forms/htdocs/webutil/webutil.htm say?

yes, then only you will be able to test the functionality of the webutil features.
