Q) What is the difference between the following:
1) Forms 6i and Forms 9i?
2) Forms 9i and Forms 10g?
Q) How to create a text file in oracle forms and how to print that
form the form it self in forms 9i.

There are white papers on OTN that will describe the differences between the various versions. I believe that this question has been raised before in this forum so you can try searching for it here. Unfortunately, the main search engine does not 'do' numbers.

The thing to remember is that Forms 10 is supported and the others are either unsupported or going out of support fairly soon.

Use utl_file and webutil to create and print files. Search this forum, OTNB, and Google.
