Vertical Scroll doesn't scroll [message #148811]

I have a form that has many data blocks , canvases and windows.

When the main window shows 10 blank rows - once the data is retrieved onto the screen, the 10 row show but also more rows are displayed further down. I have a vertical scrollbar but moving it does not scroll down the values - it just pops back up to the start when you let go of it. Although I can go through the rows using the down arrow key.

I have the Scrollbar property set to yes for the data block. I tried the same for the Window its displayed in too but nothing changed.
Using forms 6.0.8.12.1

Can anyone help please?

Have found the solution.

The top level property pallate for the form has a Mouse Navigation Limit property. I set this from Item to Form and now the scrollbar works.

Hi

I have got the same problem. The scrollbar doesnt work after a particular record. I checked the property that you mentioned. Its mouse navigation limit property is set to forms. But still it doesnt work. Is there any other solution for this. I am using Oracle 9i.

Sorry I cant help anymore. This was the solution to my problem which seems a little different to yours, my scrollbar wouldn't scroll atall - just popped back to the top again - sounds like yours scrolls so far then stops. Someone else may be able to help
