Anyone has ever used MSCalendar OCX in Forms 6i ? please help [message #126669]

Dear all,

i'm learning Oracle Form 6i and i could not display MS calendar OCX in a form. I've done these steps:
1. create form module, open it the layout editor
2. create a new ocx control on it
3. insert a ms calendar on it by right-click and insert, and then select it from a very long list.
4. import the ole by choosing Program menu > OLE import > MSCAL.Calendar > (high light ICalendar and DCalendarEvents) > save form, close.
5. a. I run the form, and the calendar is not there.
5. b. I know that in the when-new-form-instant trigger, we must invoke some method of the calendar to show it, but i don't know what method.

please help. I know using OCX in Forms is not easy, but if you know, please show me your experience. Many thanks !

I think somebody solved this a few weeks ago. Search this forum for 'calendar' or 'ocx', it should be there but it was a while ago.

If you have no success, try the 'ole' threads.
