Depending on the version of forms that you are programming in, use 'text_io' or 'utl_file' to write 'rtf' files to go into Word, or 'csv' to go into Excel.

If you need to populate a form letter then you can use the mail merge facility of word wherein you use forms to create the data file and then merge it with the word template to give you the final letter.

If you want to populate specific cells of a fixed spreadsheet then use the ora_ffi facility.
