I want to know how to connect between form 9i developer and device client example : scanner machine.
I used to webutil but I couldn't connect. (may be I used wrong way)

What part of webutil are you using? Include the code where you are doing the call.

Have a look at http://forums.oracle.com/forums/thread.jsp?forum=82&thread=207156&message=660007. Try emailing the last person as their problem looks similar to yours.
