iconic button shows up in forms builder, not in run form [message #117048]

I have built a form using Forms Builder from Developer 9i. I have a button which has an icon on it. In the forms builder it shows up fine, but when I view the form the icon is missing. The icon is stored in C:\TEMP. Has anyone got any idea what might be wrong?

In 9i run time icons are in 'gif' format.

There are pointed to by the UI_ICON registry entry in the Forms 9i area.
