When I try to send a report I get the following errors:REP-4201: error occurred while initializing the mail subsystem and REP-4220:there is a problem with the mailsubsystem
Sending a report is going well on Windows NT4.0 but not on Windows 9x.
Does anyone knows what is going wrong?

Sir ,
I am getting an error in developer2000(report2.5) as "REP-1848 -FAILED WHILE TRYING TO BEGIN PRINTING" ON Windows 2000 Server with Citrix Metaframe 1.8 for Windows 2000. It is usally happen when the appropriate *.prt file missing in desformat of the system parameter.
Please help to solve the issue

Hi, I have the same error. I found the file reports.log in the main directory of my application with no write permmisions. I have changed the propertis on the directory to full acces. Then, reports its Ok.

Sir,
While taking print on the file of Devloper 2000 in the machine of windows XP. we are facing the error as "REP-1848: Failed while Trying to begin printing". In PC having windows 98 is function well.
Please adivse and help us.
